Question about transfering gold

Hello i have question. Am i able to transfer my item mall gold for example from Heavens Tear to Lost City server ? If it is possible please tell me how should i do this.

    This is possible so long as you haven't already transferred your Zen from your online wallet to the Heaven's Tear Server.

    If you do, in fact have your Zen in your online wallet, there should be an option that allows you to choose which server you want to transfer it to. If you wish to transfer it to Lost City, then you must already have an established character on that server in order to transfer it (unless you have a character playing on LC, the site won't list it as an option).

    Well i have chars on both servers but i cant find transfer button. Is it on website or ingame ? if u please can tell me where should it be directly located it would help very much :].

    Well all my gold is on Heavens Tear atm and i wanted to move it to Lost City.

    is getting gold and money for item mall do u have to pay real money? or how do u get that gold etc

    Unfortunately, once you have transfered the ZEN to a server and started using the gold, you cannot put it on another server. The options are in place so that you can transfer only the amount you need rather than all of the ZEN so you can use your purchases across different games and servers within our community.

    You can acquire the gold in a few different ways. If you do not want to pay anything, you can purchase gold from the in-game Gold Trading system at any auctioneer. All you need are the coins in-game and you can purchase other player's gold auctions from there. Now, if you do not mind paying real-life money to get the gold, just go to the charge page of the website and purchase the amount of ZEN you need for the boutique purchase you wish to make. Just remember that the conversion is $1.00 = 100 ZEN = 1 gold so $1.00 is 1 gold in game.
