today someone in world chat said that a friend of him/her is sad and everyone should pm him/her and make him/her happy.
goofy as i am i whispered that person asking how much he/she pays and as reply i got the question 'what for?'
since that person obviously didn't get it i just said nvm and wanted to stop talking but then he/she went on
'do you mean how much i spent on this game? not a single dollar!!'
so i told him her again 'nvm you didn't get it' since this was getting too stupid for me and i didn't feel like talking anymore.. i mean seriously.. how far do you have to jump to get to the conclusion that i meant how much someone wasted on a game after asking how much he/she pays when he asks for cheering up his/her friend..
but that person was persistent and kept on rambling so i went on a bit harsher telling him/her that this convo was too stupid for me and i do not wish to continue it.
as result of that he/she went on:
'oh really?? come duel me then we see who is stupit, DUMBO'

so did i miss out something or is the iq of people nowadays measured on how much damage you do ingame?

i could add tons of similar convos i had/saw with other people on lost city.. so i am wondering if it is just me or if the intelligence of people playing online games really drop rapidly during the past 10 years?
i remember times when you were able to have a nice convo with people (and yes back then those people were kids as well) but nowadays most i see is either no-brainers (male as well as females, yea the typical 'blondes' aka i want attention, gimme cookies then i strip for you) or emos, who cannot stop crying about their **** spoiled life.

anyone with similar experiences?

    Another guy that thinks with his little head and from the fact he wants a duel and not a fight means he probably lacks even that. As for blondes and emos. I'll get back to you on that. Don't see that many myself or just have not noticed since I was probably using them as cannon fodder.

    haha so true! about the emos/blondes:
    i unfortunately see them all the time in wc and also in normal chat. from the blondes i manage to escape but for some reason i tend to attract emos.. and not always you are able to tell right away.. but when i notice i get the creeps and run >_>

    and i had another funny experience just now:
    a guy on lost city asked for a gm's help in world chat. so i thought i goof around a bit and talked to him and the convo went like this:
    he (in wc): can a gm pm me please!!!
    me (from now on all in whisper mode): yes?
    he: are you a gm?
    me: yes
    he: how can i change my name i need to sell my account
    me: it's not allowed
    he: to a friend!!
    me: it is not allowed
    he: ok..

    oh my, it seems they keep proving my point all the time xD
    sometimes i really hate being right all the time >_>

    [edit] oh and of course a ticket has been sent including screenshot of the convo xD

    One I had involving duels was a 70+ BM that looked at me and said "Yay a wiz". Silence, Sutra, I win. Guy tried again and the samething happened. At this point I just remained quiet. No need to tell him a wizard equal to or less than his level just beat him twice in under 5 seconds. No way that would turn out well....I should have told him what a weakling he was. Have a little fun after.

    lol guess what i just received a warning for 'acting as a gm' lmao cause i said yes when that guy asked lol
    my, my, they aren't capable of marking their gm status properly and warn people when they are having fund and even help them from losing their money lol
    one thing's for sure i won't report anything anymore since no matter what it won't change anything lol
    so i guess the quality of the gms matches the quality of the average players ingame xD

    someone was recruiting people stating they want lvl 50+ players and they help with fb 19-59 or something like that..

    so i shouted asking which lvl 50+ would actually need help with fb 19 xD
    i got lots of funny replies but also one dumb who fits in here:

    (silence from my side since i didn't plan on replying anymore)

    erm thank you for moving the thread so it would only concern the people of lost city server, in opposite to what i wanted lol
    didn't know when someone asks OTHERS for their opinion about something he/she experienced ingame it automatically means others as in the people on that server only

    Seriously though one of my friends got banned for impersonating a GM when he did less; especially since this guy said "yes" when asked if he was a GM.

    lol ive met people like that just for giggles you should try looking on eso people call you noob when you win a pk match or duel there its quite hilarious and fits in with killing boredom too bad once the stupidity wears off theres nothing else to do there but its almost worth the small amount of time it takes to make a high lvl there
