You are invited to participate in my personal $1 cat shop give away event
Where: only on Heavens Tear server
When: 7 PM (ET) Tuesday
Why: No good reason at all

I loved the concept of the $1 cat shop hunt event so much I have decided to hold one of my own. Only this time the clues will be more sensible (sorry gms, your clues stunk) and written in the form of a riddle so bring your thinking caps. The cat shop will contain the Camo jacket and the Vixen wrap dress. Both will list for 1 gold. First to find gets both.
First clues will be given at 7 PM Eastern Time (4 PM Western) via world chat. If shop is not found in 10 minutes I will give another clue. Immediately following world chat I will post the same riddle to this thread.
Only the riddle will be posted in world chat. After discovery I will post grats to the winner. No other posts and no responses to pms. So do not pm me for any further clues. None will be given. The shop will not be the same name as the character giving hints. I will, however, answer questions about the event in this forum prior to start.
No, I will not set the cat shop in a hazardous place. This event will be operated as fairly as I can. Anyone may participate. However, this event favors veteran players. Sorry newbies. No advantage will be given to my friends or guildies though I will not restrict them from participating. Remember this is a privately held event. Do not hold PWi responsible if you find any cause to object.
I have given many hours thought to the riddle. Like I said b4, bring your thinking caps. I will be very disappointed if I am accidentally stumbled upon but I have done my best to minimize this risk.

If a grid of 707 were laid cross land and sea
then at the square of XXI grows a stately tree
whos highest oaken boughs can eye
the tears of mankind down walls do fly
and further against the sky is cast
a weapon of a bygone past

children down below do play
with wooden swords bugs they slay
and dream of heroes one day to be
and to soar with eagles above this tree

    With all due respect, how do people know you are not offering **** items? I don't mean to offend you at all; on the contrary, I feel it is actually a nice thing to do for others in the server, it's just that I have seen quite a few **** objects in other MMORPGS in the past.

    I wonder what kind of control the GMs have over this.

    I haven't had the same experience as you so I'm not clear about your question. What would the point be on giving it away? I'm not stinking rich. I don't have maxed armor.     Just to make it interesting I will give a 3 star bloodthirsty blades to whoever guesses correctly first and can explain all lines of the riddle. Of course this only applies to Heavens Tear server. Post your guesses here. Doubt this one will be too hard ;)

    He's on the side of the port-thus overlooking the barks, and yet he can look over the wall to the rest of the city;
    He's a quest giver (ex. Elder's Secret for lvl 23), and can upgrade trade skills, and you can also refine you equipment via him

    Correct! the elder of arch is below the letter A on the zoomed map. He stands overlooking the harbor and figuratively overlooks the walled city of arch. He refines weapons and armor, gives quests, and manufacturing skills.

    sorry Caleb. you definitely were on the right track but the elder of Heavens Tear is not within view of arch and therefore not overlooking it. Wish you had guessed again cuz I think you would have had it.

    Reminder... I will be giving away (selling for 1 gold) 1 camo jacket and 1 vixen wrap dress to the player who can solve the riddle and find the catshop. This is not an official PWi event... just a private game for everyone's amusement. The hunt will begin Tuesday February 24th at 7:00 PM eastern time (4:00 PM Western) at which time I will post the riddle in world chat. The riddle will also get posted here. This event is for Heavens Tear server only.

    I would suggest creating a cleric so you can fly then...
    as stated b4, this event favors veteran players. Most newby players will probably cuss me out after.

    Riddle explained:

    The Perfect World map coordinates contain a max width of 707 (grind of 707). XXI is the roman numeral for 21. The mathematical square of 21 is 441.
    The catshop was set in a tree at coordinates 441 838. From the heights of this tree one can look north and see Etherblade (City of mankind), the waterfall cascading down the wall (tears down walls do fly), and the etherblade sword (the weapon of a bygone past against the sky)
    If this riddle had not sufficed I had this to add
