In-Game character graphic glitches/problems

You know when you click the "Best Performance" button, everybody has the same face? (ex: girls all have black hair, guys have black hair) well mine is stuck on that. Not on best performance, but everybody's face looks all the same(this has been going on for several days) and it is beginning to irritate me. Best performance is NOT on, (if i click it on and off nothing happens) and if i leave it on when i log on, everybody looks the same and the show/hide players within range limit is turned on, (which is easy to fix). This does NOT change when I log off the game, so is there any way to fix this?
Oh and this does not affect my character, I still look the way I usually do. This merely affects the other player's faces (or the way I view them from my screen).
If anybody else is having this problem or knows how to fix it, I would appreciate it if you posted it below.

NVM this has been fixed, i found the problem
For some reason the "Customize" box had unchecked itself, so this one can get deleted now :P

    If you exit the game with Best Performance enabled, some Best Performance settings may persist after a relog. They can be reset, as you found out, but it's worth being aware of.
