im stuck in a loop

hello, im stuck in a loop..i took a mission in streaming stronghold, ive hit the button twice to contact a gm...when i move forward just down from the teleporter .

I keep jumping back to the spot im on....its as if there's a server or connection problem.

Anyway...ive reconnected 3 times and reset my modem too in case that was the problem..but to no avail!.

In plume or bamboo im ok..i can move about without any problem..ive tried teleport, flying ..eventually i got a friend to come to me and carry me to teleporter so i could leave lol..so i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions ? i even cancelled the quest just in case there was a bug with it.

ive been on it for at least an hour but im still stuck..its like groundhog day lol

    If you're running a multicore processor, please check this post. If you are running over a wireless internet connection, please consider switching to a wired one, or at least clear any 2.4 ghz interference sources from around the router and computer, such as microwaves or cordless phones. If the problem persists, you'll likely need to contact support ticketing.
