idiots keep bringin scalen to sundown and it kills all players in town, is this legal? u are just standing in town and suddenly u are death...

    Nope. You can get banned for luring it into safezone or outside.

    Screenshot the player luring and send it through ticketing.

    Can you get banned for luring bosses into non save-zones where it can kill alot of players?

    That post from Xarfox said nothing at all about safe or non safe zones.

    interfering with others game delibrately, and repeately is wrong. people work hard for exp, and the higher you are, the bigger the loss. the exp belongs to the person, the griefer is stealing it, in a manner of speaking. there are a great many small encampments in the game where players gather while doing quests, and sick, small minded idots think its hilarious to pull bosses into them. the devs really need to tweak the camps/small towns in such a way that players can safely do their business without worry of a boss being pulled into their midst.

    I assume if it is a repeated offense, then it would be bannable. Like the case with the roses, Xarfox stated that it was against the rules to lure Jewelscalen to the rose patches, even though it was out of safe. Because it was causing players to constantly lose EXP and harm their gaming experience.

    It was also stated in game months ago that luring bosses to safe zones is a bannable offense.

    Safe zones I agree with. People go afk in them for whatever reason, open up catshops, go deal with real life stuff etc and expect to find their character the way they left it because they parked it in a safe zone. However I couldn't disagree more about anything that goes on outside of safe zones. Valentine's event was by no means obligatory and no one was forced to do it. You knew the patch was out in open, if you were on a pvp server, everything was fair game. How is luring jewel different than someone dropping a few sutras/tempests on you? You venture out of a safe zone, into the wilderness where you may die. Oh my gawd who woulda figured? Bring a GA if you're worried about it and stop with the QQ.

    Reminds me of rhw 'meet the gm event' we had a while back. Hundreds upon hundreds of people; lag so bad you can barely move and somone lures suzerix into the crowd. I laughed my **** off after seing hundreds of dead bodies laying around, even though I died myself and had no GA. You should've seen the QQ in normal/trade/world chat. "Get a life." "You suck dude wtf." "I hope you get banned." Bla bla bla yadda yadda yadda. I lol'd. 5 minutes later, the GM spawns a horde of killer bunnies and an AoE boss that wiped everyone under level 70 with one hit. Needless to say, QQing was iminent. I lol'd again.

    Just sayin, looks a wee bit like double standards to me.

    Actually, one of the GMs weighed in on the subject during the V-Day chaos.

    He said that luring a boss to kill others directly interfered with their gameplay and because of that was indeed a bannable offense.

    I had to stop luring Krixxix after that. I loved taking him on tours of the world... We went to Etherblade, Archosaur, ALMOST City of the Lost...

    We were best friends... lol
