Cant see people's name!

Hello there,
i have been playing this game for a while now. But since about 5 days ago, i cant see people names above their heads at all!!! i tried turning on and off the switch above my status to look at people's names, but it didnt work at all!!
pls i need help or i cant recognize people!!b:cry

    In the settings, there is an option to toggle other people's names off. Look there to see if you have the checkmark in the box or not.
