Building Chi/Spark as fast as possible?

What is the fastest way to build Chi as a BM? I'm trying to work out a plan for my skills.

    Spam your pdef buff ( Aura of the Golden Bell ) and your two sutras(Alter Marrow Physical and Alter Marrow Magical). Also if you're 89+ and you go heaven you can get that skill that gives you 50 chi with a 60sec cooldown.

    What I do is the following:

    1) kill a bunch of lower level mobs with normal attack at begining of any quest as a habit.

    2) Embrace

    Use other advices mentioned above.

    spam alter marrow magical and alter marrow physical. That's the easiest way, and mediating in between each spam keeps ur mp up (golden bell uses too much mp for me to spam at lvl 10 of the skill)

    just embrace them thats way faster or duel people...b:laugh..ok
