stones from quests

I got a bunch of stones (about 12 of each) that I have received from quests. Some of these stones are celestial ,human, earth, ect.

What do I do with these?
I heard you can do mirage stone but what do I get with these ones too?

    You combine 3 of each type(human, earth, heaven), or 25 fragments to make Mirage Celestones which are used in Refining equipment. Talk to a Gem Merchant to combine them.

    Can I improve my weapons by refining?

    Yes. Weapons take 2 mirage stones to refine and armor takes 1. Take the mirage stone and the equipment you want to refine to an elder. Click on the refine equipment option, put your stuff in the boxes and viola you're refining.

    Note that you can also fail refining and lose you stones. Plus if you have a weapon that was previously refined you can lose those +'s if you fail while trying to refine again.

    That's look fare to me.

    My problem is that I just like using dualsswords/blades. Right now I'm using duals blades at level 41. I will upgrade to dual swords at level 44. but my next set of duals blades will come at level 51.

    I want to improve my level 44 swords so they become more usefull while I get for my next set of duals.

    When failing in refining, you only lose the stones but not the weapons right?

    By the way, my dual swords for level 44 have two stars. Do you think it would still be worth it to add the stones since two stars are good weapons?

    Yes when refining fails you keep the weapon, but all previous refinements are removed. I would suggest not worrying about refining until 60+, even 70+, although a +1 is relatively cheap. Anything above +1 and it's very much worth getting Dragon Orbs.

    It's entirely up to you, but I personally would not refine a 2 star item. 3 star or legendary is the general rule of thumb.
