Need a veno build

i would like it in form of every 10 attribute points put:

for example:

6 on mage
2 on dex
1 on vit
1 on str

im goin for a mage class tht wear robes on a PVE world NOT PVP

also im lvl 3 so any skills u recommend i should get will help

9 mag 1 str isn't bad. i recomend 1 vit every 3 levels and use p.def necklace and belts and socket p.def gems so your not as squishy

Don't worry about squishy, just pay attention and it's not an issue.
