how can I change my cloths' colour?

I was wondering how to dress in red cause my cloths are blue now. I know that I have to buy some "dye" or something. So can U tell me how can I buy one and what's the price of the red dye.
To paint my coths in red I will need 13 pigments? So...how can I get them and for how much? TY in advance.

    Dyes can be bought from the item mall or from people who bought them in the item mall. Red dyes are in high demand so will probably cost between 300k -500k each. Dyes can only be used on fashion clothes and not on armor.
