Buff's and ReBuffing

When the character is buffed for 10 minutes, the buff expires after 10 minutes.

When the charcater is buffed again 1 minute prior to the 10 minutes, the player should have another 10 minute buff time.

Currently for fire arrow, it unbuffs after the first 10 minutes even if you rebuff.

    Actually, most buffs do let you rebuff at any time ... but yes, it doesn't work for Blazing Arrow (or Cleric's Magic Shell). I'd really classify it as a bug.
