why did u ban me i had to change IP to make new forum account cause IP was banned too

ive spent over $110 and made 2 paying referals they got banned too

i dont bot i just dont reply to ppl talking alot.. but i do reply when i want too

i have 2 laptops and 2 pc's 2 catshops and my BM and a cleric to heal me theres no rule about playing more then one account

in fact you SAID i could in a old ticket when i asked if i could make a 2nd account to make a cleric on my laptop to heal me and a 3rd to catshop

you SAID IIT WAS OK


why am i banned. will i get my money back.. i keep sending tickets no reply. also it dont say banned on login it says incorrect name/password

iand when i tried to login forums to ask it said ip regeon not allowed so i changed my ip to ask here

WTF go ban the real ppl the chat spammer bots and all the bots outside arch

leave legit players alone


be warned PPL PWI even though has no rules abt it and says it is ok wont let u pla 2 characters on 2 pc's on 1 ip

    You probably did bot. Why are you saying they think you botted anyway?

    They have banned a few people because of the recent voutique item bug. But you didn'nt think that it coild be this reason?

    You automatically assumed bot. In my opinion you probably have been botting. They can check the logs so if you have been cheating, good luck.

    If they said 2 accounts was ok, then I am sure it is ok.

    hmm my gf plays on her laptop at the same time im playing on PC, and we have the one connection. They cant ban for that. 2 accs, 2 players, 1 connection, no problem.

    Im guessing what you have done is made the 2nd/3rd/4th account a heal-bot.

    that makes me believe your in a country that has a version of PW. in which case its set up with the other versions so that pw isnt competing with itself and you will need to go to the one which is in your own country

    um i live in texas

    and fyo i didnt evennn play pwi when i got banned i didnt even have a catshop on

    i woke up 7 am central time logged into my accounts on ONE PC ONE at a timeto see if any AH things sold

    i did NOT participate in the coin exploit i work hard for my money and i dont have alot

    i have like 17 gold and a half a mil coin thats whats left of BUYING $110 coin and i just started playing around the 5th of feb so like 2 weeks i spent $110

    i was making multi accounts to spend $20 on each refering myself so i could get the black raptor i allready ticketed about this and this was the responce

    in previous msg i told them cause i didnt get my referals and i said why cant i refer myself either way u get paid and this was the responce

    i know tons of ppl who run more then one client like me and they arent banned.. hell their is a legion of botters on a certain website and none of them are banned

    ill admit i tried to set up their bot ONCE and i couldnt figure it out so i gave up but that was a long time ago and ive been playing legit why ban me way later AND on a day i didnt even play and didnt have a single character logged on

    and what about the warning treee.. i neer got a warning i never even was told i was banned all i knew was it said ip regeon blocked i live in TEXAS then when i called my isp to change my ip and tried to login website it said this account is banned on all of my accounts

    ive sent multiple tickets no responce what i wanna know is will i at least get my money back.. why didnt i get a warning. and also they knew from a while ago i had more then one client and said it was ok it was my choice to play more then one character and buy zen on them and refer myself

    A) you just openly admitted you tried to bot
    B)Refering yourself with multiple accounts to get a black raptor should be bannable.
    and C)You seem to generally want to cheat

    When creating an Account and a user identity ("User ID") you agree to (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested in the required fields (the "Account Information") and (ii) promptly maintain and update such User ID and your Account Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.


    Taken from ToS. Really wonder why GM's say you can and its allowed to refer yourself from fake accounts since you cant have same info on all of them.


    You, as creator of your Account and User ID, are solely responsible for your User ID . PWE will not tolerate offensive or obscene User IDs. If a User ID violates any part of these terms, we may immediately, temporarily, or permanently ban such a User ID, with or without notice.

    PWE MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, BLOCK ACCESS TO OR DELETE THE SERVICE OR ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE.


    Added that just to show that they can ban you anyway for any reason. And GM's in this game ban for reason.

    Also you should keep this in tickets,because writing on forums you wont make any progress on getting unbanned or anything. Complaining here wont help you,ever.

    actually all my accounts had my true itdentitity full name address ect how do u think i PAID they said it was ok thats the only thing i can think of didnt do gold exploit didnt even sell any gold during the exploit thus gettign rich like alot of u and u know who u are did

    They stole nothing. Read the ToS. They can ban you for any reason they want and there are no refunds.

    They say (when you purchase the zen) that they are not responsible for any lost zen do to banning or any other instance... And you have to agree to it to buy zen... So I'd rethink that before they mop the floor w/ you in court... Sry... They have you over a barrel... All you can do is hope they'll take it easy on you and decide they were rash in their decision and loosen the ban... Good luck...

    Tos dont mean squat when it comes to real life cash that concerns free players

    theres actualy laws here in america about ownership of virtual items ect and lawsuits have been won for theft of said items

    do a little research. they can say in tos its their property but it isnt u buy it its yours they take it back they stole it from you. im not gonna argue about the Tos thats a fact and a law u buy it u own it period

    You have to understand, this and all Free to play games, have really no rights for you the player. They are basically allowing you to swim in there pool but can kick you out whenever they feel like it. The Zen that you buy falls under the "Charitable contribution" category. You're not buying a product but are giving a contribution to keep it going. Like giving to red-cross, foundation for the blind, etc etc.

    They also don't ban people for no reason. It's not good business sense, and also they're not evil, they don't have fangs, pale skin and drink blood. They're human beings who love games and work on them for a living. The GM's here are also gamers just like all of us. They won't Ban you just because they feel like it. 99% of the people who get banned did something to earn it. The 1% is the statistical mistake that can't be prevented.

    Ah yeah, just checked, guess you can use same personal info on multiple accounts,so maybe its not that why you are banned.

    You wont get money back, that reads on ToS. No chargebacks or anything. Read it. Just scroll down to the bottom of this page and click terms of service. PWE only gives you the right to use their service and donate to it by buying Zen. You dont own anything,not your account,not a single pixel.

    Well anyway,as i said, post a ticket. This thread will soon be closed as a mod sees this and will say the same thing. Or a GM. They dont discuss bans on forums, EVER.

    Hard to speculate anyway why you are banned,since we dont have all the information. Post ticket,its all you can do.

    Exactly... And the ownership of virtual items you mentioned don't mean squat either because of the fact of the agreement you have to agree to before you buy the zen... I live in the US too so I kno the laws too) it CLEARLY states that they're not responsible for any lost zen do to banning... suck it up and get over it... there's nothing you can do and snapping on everyone on here and blaming everyone but yourself isn't helping anything...

    far as i would be concerned...u deserve it if u made multis just to get the black raptor, whole point of the referral thing was to get ur friends to join not for u to be lazy and do it urself....ive played many games with similar things and people got banned for the exact same reason...making multiple accounts to get a reward.

    it doesnt sa donate for zen here it says purchasse zen here and when u purchase that implys ownership no matter what the tos says.. bigger games have harsh tos like that such as ffxi and WoW and people have still succsecfully sued to get money back tos means nothing its not a legal document for one a legal document requires a real signature and we have signed nothing believe what they tell you instead of researching it but in reality if u buy it its yours and why would i pay money if i was gonna bot or break rules thats kinda stupid if i could bot id bot up coin and buy zen with that and then transfer it to an other account under a false name and ip

    If you honestly feel that you were unfairly banned and have not been given a reason and cannot get in contact with the staff to find out why, I think the CC chargeback might be your last resort........ while you may not win it(but then again who knows), at the very least it may force some negotiations.

    And just an FYI to some of the people posting in this thread, a TOS agreement is not the end-all be-all, you can't click away your rights, when there's money involved you ALWAYS have options.

    Anyway I thought you were supposed to get an email from the staff when you are banned indicating the reason and the duration of the ban???

    Take a lesson from this... Learn to ****ing read... It says they're not responsible for any loss of zen do to banning...(I feel like a broken record) Its says it right there... clear and easy to find... So jus get over it... There's NOTHING you can do and if you tried to take them to court they'd mop the floor w/ you... If I was them and you tried to sue me w/ some **** like that, I'd counter-sue for wasting my time w/ bull****... Accept your losses and move to another freaken game or something...

    Believe what you wish, show us a real proof that this would ever go through in any court. Show us proof that ToS doesnt mean a thing and isnt a legal document. Of course every game puts it there just to have fun and for giggles,right? :D

    My guess would be that they would laugh you out if you would even try to sue them, since you agreed on everything the ToS says when you made your account.

    YOU agreed they can ban,close or terminate your account without any reason whenever they wish. YOU, not your dog or your neighbour but YOU agreed to it.

    I know many people who have multiple accounts and they use the other characters to store items, re-distribute resourses, etc.

    is this wrong too?

    Just like even a crappy lawyer would tear his argument and your argument to pieces in a matter of seconds... You have nothing backing you and they have your virtual signature on the TOS when you regestered saying that you agree to everything is says... It IS a binding contract... Go study the law some more before you argue w/ me... I'm in college to be a lawyer right now... I have a whole section of ****ing law books about 3 buildings down from me in the library... Want me to look it up for u??
