I'm trying to decide which skills to spend my money on, and since I usually work alone, I'm wondering if bramble guard is worth it. Can I use it on my pets, or only other players?

You can only use it on yourself and other players. It may not be of much use now, but when you reach 59 you will want level 10 bramble guard so you can learn bramble hood.Main characters
Celestial Sage Venomancer Zoe - 100
Sage Barbarian Malego - 910 -
okay, thanks! What about the other skills? Any of them just not worth it? I haven't learned ironwood scarab, and instead invested in advancing the venomous scarab. Good/bad choice?0

You'll want to max venomous and ironwood.Main characters
Celestial Sage Venomancer Zoe - 100
Sage Barbarian Malego - 910 -

You will never do anything in this world without courage.
It is the greatest quality of the mind next to honor.

Skills you must max:
Amplify Damage = the reason ppl need you in TT/dungeons/bosses
Purge = the reason ppl need you in TW
Venom Scarab = pew pew skill. of course you need to max it.
Ironwood = pew pew chi skill. and its biiiiiiig dmg in both pve and pvp.
Bramble Guard = Must max it. Slap it on a tank buddy that boss will be going down a lot faster.
Skills you can "work on" but not max if you're dirt poor:
Raise your mana skill w/e its called
Raise your hp skill w/e its called
lucky scarab = if you PK you should update this skill
venomous aoe skill w/e its called = aoe.
Summer sprint = run faster. why not?[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

What does bramble hood do? cover a certain area???Main: Moonracer (64) Veno
Alts: Too many to count. (Most lvl 20)0 -

For 15 seconds you gain 75% damage reduction and all melee damage is reflected back at the attacker for 200% of the damage. Costs 2 sparks and has a prerequisite of Rank 10 Bramble Guard. The DR is useful all the time, the reflect is very useful in PvP if your opponent isn't paying attention to it.0 -

The reflect only works in duels.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Yay, yet another extremely misleading wording of something in PWI. Somebody get these people an English teacher.0 -
I think Yourmom means that its effectiveness is only in duels.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
