Reputation item for Wraith Hunter

While participating on a dungeon, I recieved an item that is valued 6 reps. It says to go to wraith hunter to get the reps.

Well, I found the npc close to general summers and tried to get the reps but I could not.

I tried to put the item in any of the boxes shown on the window and I could not.

is there a level requirement or something that I need for this?

    use the other option at the wraithunter

    sorry, which other option? I went to the wraithhunter in front of general summers.

    If memory serves he has 2 options when you first talk to him, one for "rep trade-in" or something along those lines and one for Quest. Choose the quest option.

    Got it, I have not being using that option since I think this is not quest related but I'll try it tonight. THX
