Co-Manage A Faction?

I split with my friend 50/50 to start our Faction. He was lvl 20 at the time and I was lvl 18, so he opened the faction... And now he has a lot more power than me, he put me the highest he could, which is Director, but I can't even promote someone who is a Marshal, for example. Is there a way to get equal powers to his (Of course, without being able to modify his position)?

If this is the wrong section, please report it. Thank you :)

You should be able to do everything a leader does except bid in TW

Edit: Btw, marsall is the highest you can promote to since you're the Director.

    Leader - 1 only
    Director - 1 only
    Marshall - 4 only
    Executor - 10 i think?
Comminsoner - As many as your faction can hold.

    Hope this answers your question.

What would you promote a marshal to? Director? Then what would you be?

You already can do everything the leader can do. As was said, you simply can't bid in TW.

The reason you can't promote anyone past marshal is because the next rank is director and there can only be one of those.
    Main characters
Celestial Sage Venomancer Zoe - 100
    Sage Barbarian Malego - 91

You also don't manage any of the money. The leader is the one who looks after the guild's money.
