Where are the chests?

After slaving away for 4 days to get these roses, I have to wait over an hour and a half in etherblade (maybe more, they still haven't shown up) for a chest to spawn? I've gone to other cities, asked guild mates to keep an eye out, have a few other guys going around looking for them with me and I still haven't seen a single chest. Can a GM check the spawn, see if its not bugged? Maybe you put the time period in the wrong AM/PM settings or something. Dunno.

Also, as unfair as this quest is, I'm not going to complain about it as there are already other threads for it. Its called a wish chest people, and from the track record theres probably one or two really rare items you can get from it, even though theres no evidence yet of such. (example 1, example 2, example 3)

    update: 2.5 hours. Stopped waiting around, no matter how many pigments I get. Either my clients bugged and I can't see the chests or they just aren't showing up.

    One other question- are pwi regards going to be used at a later date? Like a universal quest ticket kind of thing? Or should I use them before the quest is over on the dyes.

    Your best bet is to use them prior to the event ending tonight. :)
