I'm a veno in the game and I'm close to lvl 30, I was wondering if my friend who is a barb can carry me, then we get on my manta ray and fly? Is that possible?

    no, srry, you can both fly in his manta, not in yours

    My character try to embrace a female character inside dungeon to create CHI but we could not. Why is that?

    The gravity is too high.

    You can't fly. You can't jump. You can't even pick up a girl.

    The common way to build chi (other than fighting the mobs) in an instance is to duel.

    a guy can pick up (embrace) a girl ever since the very beginning of the game.

    and yes, embrace fills your chi bar and sparks instantaneously. so before you go into a dungeon, embrace to fill up chi.

    EDIT: since embrace only work as a guy carries a girl, so you will both be my the male's flying mount during embrace.

    Once you enter a dungeon, your chi bar is wiped.
