Problem with my character graphics! PLEASE HELP ME!

this is starting to get really strange. i was picking roses for the valentines quest when every1 started to look the same. they all had that black hair they get when you turn on best performance. strange thing was that best performance wasn't turned on. i clicked it to turn it on and off and nothing changed. then i checked my computer settings and turned everything onto default. every1 still looked the same. i logged off then back on and still the same. what is wrong? it wasnt like this on my venomancer? can some1 give me ideas on what to do to fix this problem??b:beg

    inside the game settings there is a "Customization" check box..
    look for it make sure its on then you should be able to see everyone's custom chars!


    EDIT: i forgot to mention its inside the " UI " sub menu or w/e :S
