    I'd rather they focus on fixing whatever needs to be fixed. Yes, updates are nice but sometimes you have to do what you have to do and people need to be patient.

    Gotta admit, I know they're busy, but seriously, some of the people out there are paying customers. :/ I hadn't doubted them before, but I am starting to do so now. And, yes, humor would be better than the optimism that has quickly turned to an attitude of brushing off the obvious and repeated questions and concerns from players at this tumultuous time in their money-making machine.

    Keeping people a bit better informed would be more appropriate, and a fine example of customer service. I have some sympathy for them, but it has been too long with far too little information. Color me a tad jaded for what should've been a long maintenance and a quick explanation, but instead has just been a long maintenance. -_-* I'll forgive this, of course, as will most others, but it's strike one, for me.

    Actually, they have kept us informed. You guys need to chill, I'm a paying customer too, in little over 6 months I've sacked 2k to this game, yet none of you see me freakin out "I'm gonna quit, I'm losing faith..." Like come on guys, any of you ever tried to input code?!

    Really, those guys in there are sitting in front of computer screens like we all are right now, only they've been there for the last 8-10 hrs working NON-STOP to find and fix and reset all the errors that were made during the patch that allowed such a crazy glitch to occur.

    And to all of you nay-sayers, speaking about lack of information, Look at the first post of this forum. You will notice 2 updates made since server shutdown about the situation.

    One more thing, I am really sorry about my little outburst.

    Vinat i agree with you 100% after spending about 4 hours grinding out 30% IDK if there is a rollback or not just want to get back on and play again.

    im freaking out cuz i spent a crapload of money since i started playing and it hasnt made me rich in game at all and for a select few to now have as much as they do as a result of a bug.. it is ****ing unfair.
