World Chat for free?

So when I was about lvl 63, the guild I was in had ppl that reached lvl 70 talking about how they could world chat for free at 70, and they were so happy.

So I hit 70 and no world chat. Other ppl were telling me it's never free, but if that's the case, why does it say "no teleacoustic or level too low"?

Is it ever free at any level or is there a quest for it?

    It's never free, but you do need level 20 (I think) to start using teleacoustics, hence the error message (in case).

    the ppl who said at lvl 70 its free are morons

    What they meant to say is that by level 70 the cost of teleacoustics is practically nothing compared to your earning potential, unless you're just very chatty.

    gotta be level 5 to use it, it's never free tho It would be a nice idea to give 1 free WC every hour wouldnt it

    So, I'm new and am now lvl 13 so can I use this device to world chat? Also, what one is it that i need? I see 2 in the CS, one labled Teleacoustic for 10 silver and another that says Teleacoustic (10) for 90 silver, both have the same description when i hover over them.

    1 is needed per use, hence the bulk package that comes out cheaper

    Oh, it's not permanent... Is there a permanent solution to world chat?

    No. Its 1 telecoustic per use no matter what.

    lol i remember when i was a low lvl i scrounged up every cent i had to buy 1 tellecoustic hehe ahh the good ol' daysb:pleased
