how does this work Ive found so many people that don't know could someone explain it to me

    from what i figured, u go talk with archo elder WHILE in squad with at least two friends(i think they must be in friends list).

    At this point i don't quite get whats happening as the quest says all should be rewarded and it happends nothing. U talk with the elder again and he'll trade some item he gave u b4 and reward u alone

    when you get the friendship crystal talk to the elder of archosaur. He'll tell you to bring 2 friends with you; however, they're not to have done the friendship quest in at least 24hrs. he gives you a couple of orbs. You bring 2 friends with you and he gives you a quest. You have to find the girl in a white dress. She's at the Southwest area of arch on top of that huge pillar or tower(just fly high up and look for a girl in a white dress). You talk to her and some dialogue occurs. I dont really remember if you get the EXP there or when you talk to the elder. I'm sure it's after you talk to her. You get 12K exp...the other 2 people in your party have to talk to the elder and they get 5K exp.

    If you dont bring any friends you can just trade your orbs to the elder and you receive 5K exp. THis really isnt that great lol

    Personally I don't bother with the extra exp, by the time I get the extra quest stuff done I could have killed mobs for the same exp and made some coin in the process. It's up to you to decide if the time is worth it, though. Everyone does things differently.

    if u have a crystal and want to do the quest again the next day do u need another crystal or does it stay in affect and if i dont do it can i just drop crystal lol its been in my safe for like 20 lvls lol
