I was planning on being a healer for my faction and wearing arcane. But i was wondering what build/skills i should do in order to dish out enough dps to solo quests as well as knowing what points to put in. Please help a fellow Perfect Worldian

Or if anyone knows of a site i can go to that will show me a build tjat will show me what to put my skill/stat points into at each lvl0
