Empty Auction Mail

Right now I have a lot of things on auction and time ran out on one of my source of force auctions (367274) but the mail sent to me was EMPTY. I didn't get my 10 source of force or the 250 (half auction charge) back.

I already put a shout out for a gm to PM me but none have yet... I hope this can be fixed b:sad

if this happens again I'll be updating this thread but I hope that'll be the end of the empty mail...

If your buying and someone outbids you, you get a mail with your money back. If you win, of course you'll get the item

If you sell, and someone bought it, you'll get a mail with money, if not you will get your item + your auction fee

It didn't sell. I got the mail saying "heres your item and half the fee" (or whatever it says, I can't post it off memory) but there was no item or money, it was just empty

Tomiko, please do take time to actually read the plaintiff's post before replying.

He created an auction.
Nobody bought it.
The auction time ran out.
The auction system did not refund him anything.
His valuable items and coins were seemingly deleted by a bug.
