rare pets after maintenance appeared?

I've been waiting at the tabbys spawn point with many other venos, but the kitty didn't spawn. we could have missed it, but I've heard the kowlin didn't appear, too...

has anyone seen the rare pets spawn after the last maintenance?
(I'm not asking for the time, only if :) )

    Not realy sure, but seems like update messed up pet times! I just asked about all pets, and no1 actualy saw any of rare pets since update came out! I was at Shaodu Cub, and it was 1h late since last spawn(ie. 13h passed)!

    i was at the froggie 15 min before the spawn, then 1 hour after the spawn (non stop)....the lil guy didnt come. WHERE IS HE? b:sad did he come super earlie? or super late? There was other venos there 2 that waited just as long..we all finally gave up b:surrender

    After a maintenance server resets.

    All rare pets will respawn 5 hours after the server resets so figur out the time and go catch your pokemon
    Ooo I know lets roll pvp server so i can QQ about pking...

    I think you miss the point!
    They didn't spawn 5h after maintenance! And didn't spawn at regular time, and didn't respawn 12h after maintenance!

    They have become self-aware and are spawning at different locations to evade spawn camping people who just sell them for a profit instead of providing them a loving veno pet bag home.

    I was at Tabby for about 20 min but didnt spawn so I left. I figured it wasnt going to spawn and i had better things to do as should other people in my mind.
