Veno training bugged?

hello. i have been trying to catch a online GM w/o any luck so far.
what happens to me is i can not train either heal pet, revive pet or charm pet on my veno beyond level 2. he is now level 39 and the skills should according to the skill list be able to be trained to level 3 or 4 by now. but they just do not show up on the training window at all.

    Go to the pet NPC in City of Lost. They teach those skills.
    Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.

    yup, the venomancer trainers teach you most of the skills, but to learn pet heal/revive/tame you have to visit the pet skill trainer and choose the option "tame pet"

    and u need to do quest to get some skill book for it...b:shutup
