I am currently LVL 57; What are some of the quickest and most effective ways for a BM to obtain vast amounts of coin? I am open to any suggestions or opinions that anyone may have.

i gather tonz of mats and make ultimate substances at the forge. it works out pretty nicely so far.0

ehh...
farming and selling DQ items..
i can get about 100k per hour
and that's with selling my DQ items to the npc's
i could probably make double that if i sold them via catshop
i just don't like waiting for my items sell0 -
euh yeah~~ with grinding and collecting those DQ's you will earn about 200k an hour0

grind on Foxwings outside Etherblade Lost City or Plume
they have a really good DQ drop rate, i miss grinding there b:surrenderb:surrender0 -
This is what I usually do :
www.pwdatabase.com , look around for physical melee mobs with a decent amount of them. Search them on the website, try finding the mob with the highest % of dq drop rate. Team up with an EP ( you'll both make hella a lot of money, you won't need hp hiero, he wont need hiero at all). It's fast money and decent XP.0 -

Yeah. Zero pot usage and can continuously grind till golden bell wears out. I ended up with 200 hp and mp pot after grinding there for 4 levels.0 -

Assuming you are BM - Can you be more specific?
What mobs? Where? What level?0 -

This depends on level, but for a low 60s BM like you, Old Bear, I would expect it is about right from an hour's worth of grinding in the swamp. The DQ drops at this level NPC for enough that you can usually make a profit (after repairs) of about 50-100K each time you complete one of the solo army quest groups of 40. When I'm focused on it, I can easily get the 2.5 cycles of those that would make about 200K done in an hour. Other ways of grinding might give more or less, but I'd say anything in the swamp will be just about this level.0 -
Well I've heard about this "magic" 200K since the LV50's and i've done lots of one-man quests from there and onward but my catch always stays between 30K-50K minus repairs per 1 run of one man quest (after repairs it's like ca 25K-30K profit remaining) . It may be just bad luck for couple of times but since i always get the same result it just seems like 200K in 1 hour is an (rather big) exaggeration. it is probably possible to make 1,5x to 2x more money when collecting the DQ and sell them later in Arco but the thread was how to make money quickly. and that means selling to NPC.
So I ain't gonna buy that story anymore unless someone comes forward with something more concrete. 100K is possible. But if that BM says he can double it, I wanna see it myself.0 -
ok, i think i need to re-phrase my question, what can i do to gain the most money at the quickest rate, not including gaining or buying pots. Being a dual-axe BM, it seems like the one of the quickest ways is to find a good spot with phy mobs, agro and AoE attack them, but still thats only one aspect to a BM. there are many different BMs, insight is needed for all BMs0

Yah, I'm lvl 62...and moneymaking is an issue for me as well...What I can say is that depending on your tanking build, whether you tank melee better than mage or vice versa, you deffinately want to find a mob that you take the least amount of damage possible that is still your lvl..doing this can lower your spending on charms, and hp/mp pots. After you do that its more or less narrowing down the mob that has highest dq% drop rate, because as everyone else has stated they are main money makers for lvl 50+ to sell at npc or in a catshop..Once its all said and done, and you find your perfect grinding mob, you just collect your drops and sell them and make repairs and then continue with the grinding.0
