HP and MP Charms

Can these be removed from their slots once you equip them? I recently bought one of each from the cash shop and they're still in my inventory because I only want to use them for bosses and fb's but not for regular quest mobs. Is this possible?

    Sorry, no ... once equiped, they're there until used up or replaced
