    Stupidity on the players part is not a scam and cant be helped or dealt with by a GM

    Always look at the trade window and don't click accept blindly, you have to click submit and trade to accept the trade. If you'd payed attention, you wouldn't have gotten scammed, so you only have yourself to blame. However the tos do state that scamming other players is a potentially bannable offense, inform through a ticket if you feel that you were scammed including screenshots of the transaction, your inventory before and after, and all relevant text communications between you and the other player. However, as this is unlikely available to you, in reality, nothing can be done and you still only have yourself to blame for not paying close enough attention.
