AOE grinding

Here's what i can say to the best of my knowledge as an axe BM:

First : Capping Vit between 50-70 is what most axe BM do. You don't need anymore VIT, other stats are more important. Also, you can compensate for what you lack with VIT gear. I have 5,3k HP with 70 VIT + 35 from items which is plenty for some solo aoe grinding. I dont even need a cleric with me, its just a matter of using skills well.

Second : Pump up the lvs of your aoe skills. The mana cost may seem big at first, but i cover that cost with a MP charm. The money i do aoeing compensates more than enough for the cost. I usally do 150k+ per hour, for about 150k MP. So, to go through a gold MP charm, I'd need to grind for 6 hours, which would yeild me way more than the 400k cost for the charm. NOTE: at lower lv, the loots are worth less, so it may not be as good.

Third : MOST important skill to get --> Heaven's Fire (lv69 skill)
It has aoe dmg + curse effect. For 6 secs, the mobs will suffer 2x the dmg, either magic or physical. It gives you enough time to chain 2 more aoe skills to instantly finish a crowd of mobs. So the higher your other skills are, the better it is since they'll do more damage.

Finally, the best technique for aoeing would be to use Cloud Sprint to gather a pack of physical mobs, then use aoe stun to prevent em from running away. (they usually run off after a certain distance) Then use Alter Marrow Physical and start unleasing your fury. Heal with Diamond Sutra when necessary. They should be dead in no time. Get back some chi with using both Marrows, then rinse and repeat.

After a few tries, you should get the hang of it.
