I know before am writing this plee for help that 99.9999% that this will be over looked and stacked over the long files that say the same thing..

WIZARD a class among the Human race like all classes it SHOULD have a role in the game there are 6 classes in the game and 6 squad members max in each squad so it pretty much go spouse to be each class in the squad but for some reason us Wizards are doomed for being the least wanted class in the entire freaking game and I dont blame anybody for picking a cleric over me cuz I admit we are pretty much useless in every aspect of the game..

In PVP all other classes with absloutly no exeption have a better edge over the wizard class I mean lets picture a fight between all the other classes .

Wizard vs BladeMaster:

Wizard hits his 5 sec max silence BM can still hit him without skils gush to slow but BM sprint then stun and continue to skill till your dead and still stuned.

Wizard vs Venomancer:

Veno hits her shiled thing skill and get a 75% damage decrease sends her pet and just set in a mocking way while the pet make quick work of the wizard while the mage pethticly still trying to channel his sandstorm or w/e.

Wizard vs Archer :

Archer fires deadly shot Wizard is dead one shoted the end x.x.

Wizard vs Barbarian:

Wizard gush to slow barb in tiger form still faster than the mage he comes and 3 to 3 shoot or one shoot him with perdetion was it???

Wizard vs Cleric :

dont even get me started here....cleric plume shots mage 2 shoted at best..

so I wrote this knowing that this will be thrown away but I still fealt like I must inform you of what we are suffring in the game I have lots of freinds who quit the game not just the class because of this and I at more than one point tried to quit too but what can I say I like your game but this is way too much to handle after a while....

    This is all fine until you think about the fact that a wizard is not meant to be a 1v1 pvp class....

    Sorry but, i pick a wizard over ANY archer anyday.
    They are a lot more versatile and dont steal aggro from your tanker because they did the stupidity to invest 100% of their points into dex.

    If I were your level and if I were interested in PvP, I imagine I would make significant use of distance shrink and/or essential sutra.

    I would also experiment (for example, maybe sometimes my relatively short time to cast crown of flame could help me get a sliver of chi so I could cast essential sutra)?

    (And, if something I try does not work, I usually imagine I should try something different, next time.)

    Casters + PvP = stay the hell at range, preferably behind a row of meat shields

    Even if we're not supposed to be pvp... Do you know how hard it is to level? I have to beg for assistance when my blademaster isn't home and my faction isn't online.

    I do agree with u kinda ^_^

    Wiz really sucks in pvp til lvl 90 and even than it will always be the weakest class 1v1. You will always need to be better geared than ppl on your lvl to have a fair chance. Or you will have to be a really really skilled gamer compared to players in general - in terms of pvp. And 90+ as far as i know wiz is the only class that cant **** ppl 1v1 whitout 2-3 full bars of chi. Its really a class for group pvp tho, and when u in the end will be able to kill 10 ppl in just 1 aoe it makes up for the pain and struggle at low lvls.

    But worse is the fact that wiz are very excluded from partys and its really the dev to blame for that not giving wiz more party orineted skills. Ppl want fb+ hh to go fast and have max profit. Archers is for speed buff + sharpshoot. Venos is the best dd in the game in HH since pet is bugged and needed for lure. WR are often needed for def buff and dragon and stunning mobs. Than there is 2 spots for cleric + tank and the wiz can go buy his mats in AH.

    Same goes for pretty much any high lvl instance...the few spots that are open for a damage dealer will not go to a wiz. And it wont change how much ppl spam "WIZARDS DO HIGHEST DMG IF THEY USE UNDINE STRIKE".
    Its sad fact, as a wiz u will always be excluded. My wiz on my-en is lvl 100 and i never got to play it in any instance at all b/c other classes are more suitable. Had to use cleric if i wanted to go b:sad.

    not really...

    however if they are distracted for around 6 seconds... wizzies can own a barb but its not likely as our animations are so fckn huge and loud

    It really is true tho... Wiz really need something to make them more useful in fb's and such... I dueled a wiz 5 or 6 lvls above me and beat him w/ half life left and I'm a freaken cleric... Tempest for example, in some people's opinion, does just as much as the most powerful wiz spell... Whats the point?? Clerics are supposed to be the class that hided behind a tank and helps people so they'll help them... Just like veno's... If they can tank or possibly solo a boss then thats booting out the need for a Barb... I'm not trying to offend anyone, I jus hate that wiz don't get the recognition they deserve. In all mmorpg's wiz do WAY more damage than the other classes but jus have sucky def, which is how it should be... Clerics are supposed to be weak, not a rival to another class multiple lvls above them, just like how the other classes are supposed to need a tank... Wizards just need more balancing w/ the other classes somehow so they can have more of a part in PW... I don't agree w/ making veno's weaker, I think the classes jus need to be re-looked at and all balanced out a little more... b:surrender
