I have a couple of questions...

First, whenever I try to update the patch for PW it says unable to patch then closes. Is there anything I can do to fix that problem?
And second for like the past hour I keep trying to log into PW but it says "Server unable to connect", it will still load the game up but I cannot interact with the NPC's and when I try walking around it will frezze pane and jump me back a few steps...
Please help!!!
