No Zen after charging

Hi,

I have charge US$50 from my credit card, but it have been 2 hrs, and there are still 0 zen in my wallet for transfer. I have been charging quite frequently, and it is always immediate. I have check my bank, it is through, and i have also received the confirmation email from PWI.

I have no idea what happen?.

    Oh so I'm not alone... hopefully they will resolved it fast.. need those zen..lol.. so far still no reply from them in my email..hehe

    I think I can answer this one. Buying Zen through Google Checkout if thats what you used takes about 24 hours to process. The 15 minutes that it says it takes is WRONG!!!

    The 15minutes is how long it takes Google checkout to process the transaction, the rest of the time like the 24 hours is how long it takes for the PWI people to process the order and send you your zen

    hi all, i oso had the same problem. i just paid for USD$20.00 through paybycash. received a confirmation by paybycash that the transaction was successful. the pwi wallet website also shows that the transaction was completed and being process. but its being one day already and the transfer or direct debit was immediate. still have 0 zen in my wallet....pwi customer service replied me and said that the transaction was still pending?! how can it be when it is confirmed??? OMGb:cry

    I believe we also informed you to contact PayByCash in regards to that issue. We only know what they tell us so if we saw that they are pending, PayByCash has a reason and probably needs to straighten out some information with you. You should contact them and ask why the purchase has not been properly processed.
