Suggestion for "World Mall"

I know it sounds like a crazy idea but could we have a section of land set aside for all the shops? This section of land could be divided by levels and each area could have its own little shop for the players. Think about it. Travel to a "shopping mall" :) in the middle of the map for 100 coins and either buy or sell our drops, weapons, or whatever. This clears out all the cities for the NPC's and travel around the cities. May reduce the lag as well. What do you think? b:pleased

    Even though I highly doubt it will happen anytime soon, a world mall would be nice. I never look at the shops anyways, and it takes me like 3 minutes to get to the bank and then back out of West Arch.

    Don't know if it will ever happen, but I think it's a good idea.

    I avoid W.Arch as much as possible except for Crazy Stone.

    There are all the merchants and bankers in South and North Arch, even auction house points.

    But the general lag could be cleared up if there was an different area for shops and shops only.

    Having a high post count doesn't make you anything in the game.
    Unless you're attempting to kiss up to a GM and you KNOW what that makes you    . :D

    Yeah the lag in arch may be cleared up, but could you imagine the lag in the "mall"

    If was me I would remove the catshop from the game completely, only thing it cause is lagg.

    add feature in auction house allow trying on clothes from CS and able to select how many of the multiple items to buy like materials.
    most of the function in auction house is working as is, just player too cheap to use it and try to save that 1-2k coin from auction fee.
    Personally I only look at catshops 1 2 or 3 items if ever inside of west arch, rest I can careless for it cause those items people refuse to put in auction house.

    I totally agree with the need to do something about the shops.

    West Arch is the worst of the worst, but everywhere I go, there are cat houses, er... stores blocking access to NPCs, particular near the bank and the pet NPCs. The cats should not be allowed in the streets nor where they block visibility and access to the NPCs. They're not a help, they're a nuisance.

    A mall might be the way to go, but at the least I think the idea of dedicated areas within a town would work also.

    hmm... how about a dungon like place?
    make its so vendors can't set up and cause death lag.

    it could be called "the world mall" and because the lag is dramaticly reduced (because of the dungon map) it makes things much easier to have many shops and many people.

    what do you think?

    that's worst than a third world country market place.

    I go there and I don't know where to buy things and what is a real competitive price of the items I'm looking for.

    There should be something more organized, or at least a classified paper where you can see what is being sold, a what price and where.
