Bank expansion quest

For the one at the bottom to expanded the first time, do you just have to collect five of the 6 types of mats and turn them in? Or do you have to turn it in 20 times because of that hay?

    You just need 5 each of the 6 materials.

    I need help with this quest. What drops Antenna, rhino horns. and disguise skin?

    Antenna from insect mobs. Dumm kuhu is one of them
    Disguise Skin from undead creatures
    Rhino horn from Rhinos and some turtles
