Gray Hair

When I loggin to the game 3 days ago,I noticed that all the player have gray colored hair.Is this some kind of bug?This is still happening to me.

    Please check the post here, and run a Verify from the launcher. If the issue persists, please rename the C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata folder to userdata_old, and run another Verify.
