game freezes and auto-quit after 10min

i installed pw on my vista laptop.
installation and patching went well.
however when i start playing about 10 to 20min, an error message jumped out and pw closes automatically. and there pops up a window allowing me to submit an error feedback.
what can i do now?

    you aren't the only one, but my pc just shuts off. im using a xp.

    Please run a Verify from the launcher. If the problem persists, can you provide us the following fields from a DXdiag :
    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    i have verified but the problem continues.

    and here is my laptop's information:

    OS: Windows Vista Business (6.0, Build 6001)
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU T9400 @ 2.53GHz(2 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
    Memory: 2520MB RAM

    -Display Device-
    Name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series
    Chip type: ATI Radeon Graphic Processor (0x95C4)

    -Display Drivers-
    Main Driver: atidxx32.dll, atidxx64, atiumdag.dlll, at
    Date: 22/5/2008 9:12:18PM


    everytime it crashes, it asks me to send a bugreport. and i have submited one.

    ohh dear, really wish to play asap =(

    Can you check your laptop manufacturer's website for an updated video driver?
