how i use basic blacksmith book?

its says i have to give to any elder but i dont see any option to use the basic blacksmith book, anyone can help me?

    I think it's either under "quest related" or "learn manufacturing skill".

    Just give it to the elder in either Etherlade, Plume, or City of lost depending on your race. Choose learn manufacturing skill and use the book to learn the blacksmith skill.

    guys when i talk to elder i dont get the option "give", in quest i dont have quest, and in learning dont say nohitng about book , i dont even get more buttons than learning craft skills.

    I remember it was tricky to find for me too. Just try all the dialog options, it's there :).

    Go to the elder and click "Learn Manufacturing Skill".
