Hi,

My name is Mono,

I am 70+ lvl Blade Master on HT server.

I would like to make a list of my suggestions that could hopefully shape a small part of PWI world community. I am a great fan of online MMOs. I have played them for years while on my University.

In the battle for a stronger and more interesting online community and fun I will try my best to make good list of positive suggestions that aim PWI gamplay which will if implemented (hopefully) bring more revenue to the developers and more fun to the players, will fix many issues for High lvls quiting play and will cut the competition down in two combos.

Competition must not win, we must make PWI better and impelemnt new and fix some ingame features for the sake of players communities and the developers.

NOTE: PLEASE MAKE HARD QUESTS THAT WILL ENABLE ALL CLASSES TO OBTAIN OTHER CLASS AIRCRAFT. Even if it meams to unlock real creatures in PWI and enable them to be tamed for riding but you can allways add a feature that some Cash shop items is needed for them to be fully in use - its very simple, just try to place players on creatures riding or riding/fly on them - like DRAGONS


1 About NPCs


NPCs in the vast PWI world settlements are unfotunatelly the same or very close alike and some may say that NPCs are exactlly the same wherever you turn around. That is unacceptable since it is dull to the point of selfdestruction and it needs to be taken care off or people will start to go insane. When I do WQ I feel as I have visited only one place with different buildings and keep wondering how come its left that way. That is big minus, very big.

Suggestion: Please at least change the colour of hair or clotes of the same occupation NPCs in different settlements, also it is very strange that NPCs from different climates have same kind of clotes, the balcksmiths bald heavy weight champion in boxing style is just hularious when you play a bit longer.

Please, change colours of hair or clotes and have in mind that Northern settlements need to have NPC s with more clotes on.

Now, there are racial issues when it comes to settlements. We cant have only humans in random world settlements and make only HUMANS elders in most neutral land settlements or make ONLY humans Big Priests in Budah city and Heavens tear and 1000 Streamns NPCs. That is very very ugly at the bottom line.

You can PLEASE make random races in Neutral or Universal NPCs locatins Why would All Elders need to look the same from Archo to Dreamware port to 1000 Streams? And why are they only humans? This is so easy to fix, pls try.

If you can, maybe you can add movement radius to every NPC just so the settlement seems alive.
In the last case you can just replace NPCs with Faces and races of the player made characters. That would be the best solution in many casses. Also, some NPCs should have some armor on? Am I wrong? you can make some merchants with armor and sword in hands in dangerus places.

And please, make the Old Swordsman in caves different from cave to cave, different in desing or clote colours you can simply pick 10 colours and keep the hat colour same, so they look a bit different.



2 Characters


Our characters in PWI even if they are very beautifull and nice, still in many casses they look more like puppets than Heroes. Here is why.

In most online MMOs characters do much MUCH more streaching moving and facial guests than in PWI. It was very strange to me that you can see how you char smiles and goes angry while you make his face or use Makeover scroll but does not do the same thing while he fights???? Or carries a person?? Mobs and bosses have some facial expressions but our heroes do not?

Is that not possible to implement or is it just that someone forgot? While I hit mob or while I pvp or while I am dieing or whle I carry someone I still have same and same facial expresion, WHY?

Please fix this, make our characters have facial expresions while they fight and laugh while they are in city or outdors, it is much more realistic, also PLEASE make our chars look natural with more movement while we are afk. Even some very very bad games have chars there streaching and moving or fixing gear while they wait afk in a cave or City, in PWI it is just puppet like.

And one more suggestion I need to give you about this subject. It is about the Hands. They seem very very bad graphics, like they are from the first early 2D games, is it so hard to make hands more real? And fix the broken angles of sword users? Hands are sensitive part of our heroes that we look all the time at them with new weapons, but they need to be fixed a bit so they look more real and in step with modern 3D graphics.



3 Classes and PVP


I am very glad that PWI is not forcing players to go PVP $ investments but keeps it on even heal. That is good.

But there are some more things I would like to mention that dont seem so right at this time. Those are the class issues and the capability of making income with different classes which in this game are essentiall for skills and their lvl.

In the case of my class (BM) I would say it is a big challenge to keep pace with other classes income and skill wise since we dont have much of advantage outside pvp or TW scope.

We have troubles getting in most Twiglight Temple parties since we cant tank and heal or lure (exept with bow and if lucky) and still if Cleric is good even the big stun will not be enough to get us in most of good TT parties. Some parties are only full of venos! In this case barbs even with great expensses on reapairs can make good income only by doing TTs occasionally.

More to this, new battle pets are making big disbalance, there is a general opinion among people I know that Venos are very overpowered at this momentum. They can solo kill bosses and TT in solo mode, again, solo.

Also, in time, you can see that there is more bigger and bigger gap betwean some classes on the bassis of their income, even if I make enough for things I need to play, I cannot mind off the fact that some other classes are able to make milions a day just by doing TTs (Twilight Temple runs).

In casse of Venos that is a big big big advantage to ONE class only since they solo TT. Soon only venos barbs and clerics will be able to make greater income and have best gear only on the bassis of Game mechanics advantage. Archers will hang along since they dont need much repairs and they can pve easy while BMs and wizards can only either Spend big real money to keep pace or just be lucky enough in resseling items with few PCs. All this is a matter of consideration.

Please try to fix this issue in any way or just tweak a bit.

I have one more thing to add about the pets issue.

There is a widelly known fact that you can not target player over his pet that is a big concern for pvp and some aspects of TW. In most cases smart pvp players buy big pets that cover them from being targeted and by that using advantage of time since they have np problem targeting the enemy without the pet or with a small pet. So do we all NEED to use BIG pets in most casses birds just not to get targeted? OR you will fix this issue and ENABLE players to target over the Pet.

Please try to fix this issu in any way or just tweak a bit.



4 New Features


Guild Storage: In many many online games there are Bankers or safe keepers features called : The guild Storage, which gives sence of the community to all players within a guild or a factin. I suggest you add what many MMOs have so far: a guild storage. It is a special kind of storage every guildy can see but can not Take from, every one can add items but can not take out. All exept the leader or officers like Marshals.

When a player clicks on banker he can open his storage and he can open Guild storage to see what is inside so he can add In guild storage things he dont use and that are ment for other guildies in the future. Guild storage is much bigger than than Regular one, and is developed in other online games as a feture that develops the COMMUNITY in games.

With guild storage, High lvls tend to Help out more and give assistance to the guild, since their work can be seen only by clicking on guild storage so all faction members can give some credit, that is enough to keep high lvls ingame a bit longer.

Add new accessories to ppl that report hacks and glichers: this could be like rank equip but of simbolic value you can also add reputation for every reported glich to palyer that reports such.

Please enable UNIONs of guilds like in other games. Point is to connect more ppl and have more politics in game which gives more fun, in these casses union of few smaller guilds can challenge one big guild.

Pls enable a bit Bigger squads for the sake of community and fun. In most Fbs that are very hard especially in fbs 69+ NO squad will help kill the mobs that are needed for the quest in cave simply because it is too hard and time consuming. Squads are to small for big fbs or TWs in my opinion. Squads in TWs should fight as larger groups.

GVGs: Please inster feature Guild agains Guild Duel like in many other games. That will bring fun and stronger community, also should give reputation.

Reputation: Please inster feature that will enable reputation gains form only participating in TWs or doing duels even if it would mean to gain only 1 rep point per TW. Honestly, players that dont want to do TW and do pure pve should not be placed on eaqule heal in this matter compared with TW players.

Mount battle and Ships HONESTLY, if you dont work out a bit on Mount battles while you have made tens of mounts and have made Air battle than I can only say: strange and odd, and that competition will break you, all new games now Must develop mount battle, not in caves but outdors, there are Mounted Mobs that hit hard why not us on mounts?

Ships are the future, Darkfall online will take ALL players if you dont work a bit fast on Ships and Mount battles if not only by sail or TW attack from ship etc. Many online MMOs like Connan and some Free Online games will have these features.

PALADINS! In some games, Players that kill player killers or in this case Red Names with a good bilans, have a chance of becoming Paladins or get some kind of title that is more like a Rank. It opens new skills just for players with gutts so battle red names, you should add reputation to one that kills a person and even more to one that kills a Red name. Offcourse if anyone wants to trick the system you can enable that you can not gain more points from one Red Name or something like that.

Helmets and shields and Capes; I must say I have no idea why there are NO shields in the game, and why does my char BM holds Sword and hits Like he has a shield in other hand? Why is there no option too see helmet? And why not see cape?? Cape is the best thing in EVERY adventure GAME.

Design; If we can desing clotes Why not armors???? All other online games can AT LEAST pick colour of armors and desing parts of that if only for Manufactured gear.


If you can enable Symbols for guilds? Some databas pls? Something to pick from? So that Factions would have any symbols. You can add symbols of PWI ingame symbols not the symbols from Real Life, but something from inside PWI.

I think I could go on all day like this,

I hope it has been ussefull, I will update list and I am very sorry if any part sounded rude or arrogant or bad in anyway.

    Too much writing and too many colours. If I wanted to see a long string of colours I'd go to a **** pride parade.

    Anywho, the bottom line is that no suggestions posted here are ever going to be implemented. In order for anything to be implemented you need to post it on the PW-CN forums. Hope you speak Chinese.

    All the past, present and future patches come from there.
    Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.

    And they did not implement my suggestion, but this week we did get auto-path which has some elements that help me deal with an important part of that problem that I was trying to address with my suggestion.

    I still have problems (and I wish that alt would work with movement keys so I could avoid some problems when I need to maneuver up or down, for example when I happen to have be typing coordinates into my location assistant), but I do not feel like I have been ignored.

    But hopefully no one wanted our game developers to turn into mindless robots?

    I don't know whether or not they pass on the suggestions to the developers in China, but I feel reasonably certain that the main purpose of the suggestions section is so all the smelly hippies don't complain about being ignored.

    All the reasonable ones that would help the game get sent. There are many random ones that will not do anything to help out the game or would be too hard to add. I noticed this on another mmo.

    I am just another mid-level player, but I read your write-up today and I have some opinions about them that might be interesting to you?

    1) About NPCs: I loved your suggestions for NPCs. Your suggestions here seem like they should be easy to implement, low risk and nice.

    2) Characters: I also loved your suggestions for our characters. And, I have been wishing my hands looked like hands. But I worry about West Archosaur in combination with this kind of thing. They might need to invest a lot of money into dealing with character related performance issues?

    3) Classes and PVP: I am dubious about your suggestions for our classes. I have not played all classes, so can not comment in any depth about class balance issues, but I do not think that "each class has a unique role" would be a good thing to fix. And anyone can create characters in multiple classes (and transfer gold between them, if you like that idea). They already have a mechanism where you can select characters hiding behind NPCs. If this does not work with pets that must be a deliberate design decision.

    4) New Features:

    Guild Storage: I think I would like some variation on this idea.
    New accessories: I think that this could be exploited rather easily, since accounts can be made for free.
    Unions: people can already make alliances. For example, TW guilds could contract out to other guilds for supplies. Also I am very dubious about bigger squads, and your rationale, since this would require bigger challenges.
    GVGs: I think we already have TW.
    Reputation: TW gives people access to lots of coins and you can buy reputation giving items.
    Mount battle and Ships: I think that this sounds like a huge expansion, and I love expansions.
    Paladins: I do not know if china's mythology has paladins, but you already have some potential great benefits for killing red named characters. Maybe you will not get something from every red named kill, but that seems characteristic of all battles here.
    Helmets and shields and Capes: I like my character already but this might be nice for some people.
    Design: You seem to have posed a question here, and I can think of several answers (starting with game performance in West Archosaur and other crowded areas, and moving on to a variety of other issues which you can probably figure out).
    Symbols for guilds: I believe we already have this, and that I can disable this feature if I want.

    I can comment where I think I could, but all in good spirit.

    About the hands issue, it is a matter of design and not preformance, to make them a bit more curved or smaller, depens, Its really 3d design issue.

    Pvp issue about gliching the target covering yourselfs with pets is also in my opinion not delibarate thing. Since its very strange and unreal that you can not click on your opponent only because he has a pet that is 'covering' the opponent even if you hold shift or alt etc.

    About the gold and income. I was talking about separate charactes, should we all have like by 3 chars only to have money for one? .. b:surrender

    And new features are nice :D

    the reason most suggestions around here won't be implemnted is because it tend to invlove alteration of the core programming. PW was not made to be customizeble, it has its presets, but thats about it.

    compared to WoW, which programming was created to be easy to change around, PW its too intricate in its original design, which was built around very strict character presests. Not alot of room for change and add on's, no one can really be epic in their own way. and this character designe system? it too wraped around trying to make your character look a certant way, but in game, no one really notices what you make the character look like. its fine for a sims game not an MMO, what they really need more of is armors, items, and quests that makes everyones adventure more unique.
    like a suggestion I had, haveing a magic path option.
    Like a skill, but to select a magic type path you would like, making game play a bit more on even ground for the players.

    somthing like this should be easy to implement.
    just throw in a few more magik cast poses for each character type and its good.

    So, are you trying to say we should all switch to WoW cuz Blizz was farseeing enough to make the engine furthermore customisable? So this great but could be greater game will burncrash when the others MMOs surpass her? Don't know if you noticed - but all of today MMO-s are the SAME FREAKING game - creativity levels of developers are like beyond subzero - Can you blame them? People will still buy their products - no new stuff, full of flaws, but a lil makeup and a good marceting campaign - and you will play the game that hasn't changed much since the times of the first Asheron Call..


    my suggestion is - the players are mostly more creative than the people who earn on them - and are furthermore stupid enough to give you great ideas for free - abuse that and make us all happy in a cyberspace of poetry, unicorns and big orange flowers that smell like Scarlett Johansson...

    I have read your suggestions and I agree with all of them. However, regarding making NPC to look different in every town is a nice to have but I don’t see how it improves the game. By the way, they could all look similar since in the ancient world many professions were family related. Relatives would do the same trade in different towns.

    I have made suggestions before but I think my English is pretty bad and I cannot explain my suggestion in a proper matter.

    But in summary:

    1) There should be many colonies that do not need to be real places on the map but produces recourses for the guild controlling it. See erepublick.com and you will see what I’m talking about. That game is about things that are not real, no even within the game.

    Housing should be available too.

    This would allow minor guilds to own a piece of land and even get a job as mercenaries, suppliers, ect. for other big guilds.


    2) Territories should be attackable 24/7 without any warning as it is in real life. All the guild has to do is to hire/buy mobs to defend it when they are not online. After an attack there should be a grace period. Rules about who can attack and be attacked should be created of course. When a guild wins a territory all mats, coins stored in the guild bank of that territory passes to the winner.

    3) We should allow our characters to use masks and hide our names from people we do not want. So, if we want to take on a job to PK somebody (for hire) we can do it in our secret form without letting people know our identity (if we are not discovered).

    4) Fighting tournaments should be created to determine:

    Best player on every race in different classes. Same with guilds.

    Best player vs certain mob.

    5) Records should be kept awards given. If I have been the fastest on my level, class etc. killing a particular boss. This should be recorded and awarded for sense of pride of the player and the guild.

    4 and 5 could be like the Olympic games so to speak. That could take place on a particular territory owned by guild. A bidding process should take place since the guild could make money out of the event.

    6) All class pets should be useful for something. Picking coins, picking materials, carrying mats for you, tracking mob, tracking friends, playing with friend’s pets as real life pets do.

    Methinks should be nice and easy to implement, also.. what I really mind the developers is the fact that you can not use your mount to battle while you can use your Aircraft, which is really stupid b:angry

    Pls if they can just add animations to mounts also with some like.. greater damage but chaleng time increase etc etc b:victory

    2 more suggestions

    1- pls fix the Gliched Agro skill for bms that dont work!

    Stream Strike - this skill should keep agro, is very unreal to see that mobs run over bms to hit some wizard or archer that is far behind. On the other hand barbs damage much less than bms and they have agro skill that works. This is very annoying.

    Pls I dont want my friend archer to die coz we dont have a working agro skill therefore whole squad die in fbs for example.

    2- Please make Guild List menu, Its essential to have a button like ''G'' with 2 tabs - 1 to see your guild and 2 to see all other guilds that are registerd on the server where you can see and list the average lvl of members in each guild to compare power and also to list by name or number of ppl or age of the guild etc.

    That is available in every single game exept this one.. very strange.
    This feature will enable more guilds to do TW and would encourage them to fight. Coz now only few guilds are considered strong which is wrong. And those that had first TWs will keep the TW till end. which is also very very bad for game.

    I'm new to this game, but i have tons of hours in MMORPG's.


    There are some suggestions that can be postponed, more from the visual side, like what you said about NPC's, characters and expressions, armors, helmets, capes and those things.
    The mount battle and ships thing sounds like something that most likely will never happen, cause they are directly related to the game engine.

    Now, if there is something that annoys almost every one is the class (dis)advantages. It doesn't matter if the game is more skill/practice based or more equipment/skills/stats based. It is something that should NEVER get to that level.

    The very other things, like Guild ranking, Unions, Guild Storage, GvG, bigger Squads, and Reputation System+Player Titles/Medals should REALLY be considered. These are minor things that make game more attractive.


    Now some of the "why"...Like i said, i'm new to the game, but i've been in many F2P before and i know how things work. In most of them, it starts on GM's. Or because they just don't care, or because they are not enough or because they have "no power".
    Then the vicious cycle starts...Players complaint, GM's report (if what i said before doesn't applies) to Producers, Producers either don't care, say "we don't have resources for that right now", or dispatch to Developers. Developers (and i guess that is very rare when problems get to them) then either don't care (again...and its sad), or say "we can not do that because (insert_some_excuse_here)".
    And then it goes all the way back, and reaches the players, and players start to get frustrated and leave, and GM's start to see all the work being flushed away, Producers start with financial problems because of the item mail, and then take Developers right with them.
    (It doesn't have to be right in this order or with these examples, but i believe that the truth isn't that far)

    Now, if everyone gives his/hers little best to the game, it will be better for everyone also, and all of you can be sure that are topics like this that can change things. We should thank you Mono for that ;)

    1.) I would love to see some different color variations of the same NPCs. Different race NPCs would also be nice, but it may take a lot of work, more than its worth.

    2.) More detail in our characters (hands, smiling faces, etc.) would be very nice, but again it may be a lot of work and it may put more stress on the servers.

    3.) For income, some of what you've said is vastly exagerated (probably by other people you heard it from). For example, for a veno to make 'millions' in TT in a day would require exceptional luck. My standard TT run barely nets me more money than I spent on the substance to get in. Solo runs give much worse drops than squad runs. At later levels I may make a little more money, but not much. At MUCH later levels, and if I'm REALLY lucky, I MAY get a single gold mat from a TT run. Yes, those sell for 1M plus, but they're also increadibly rare. I do it because it's fun, not profitable.

    On top of that, anything a Veno can solo, you and a cleric (or Archer/Wiz if you have a charm) could probably duo, in half the time, and likely at lower levels. Venos are designed to solo, so it's no surprise that they can, but we do so by basically being a mini-party. That means a mini-tank (i.e. a bad one with terrible dmg) and a mini-cleric (low heal, instant heal only, no buffs, mediocre dmg). If you want to make money like we do, just team up and you can do it faster, easier, and probably earlier. Plus, you can do Drummer Squad and other AoE bosses which I'll probably never solo.

    Ok well...i agree on some of the things and disagree on some others. One i most definatly put in 2 Thumbs up in is to see Capes Helms. Shields..idk it would be nice to have em. They look cool to but idk. Guild Storage i have seen on other games and that would be good. Guild Wars Yes i would love them. and Many other THings u say are good suggestions...i hope some of em get in (Especially the Capes ^^)

    I have read your suggestions and I agree with all of them. However, regarding making NPC to look different in every town is a nice to have but I don
