Flying??????????

I'm an elf cleric.I know the space bar makes you go up.
Is there a button to fly downward?also same for swimming.

    btw the up arrow key also takes you up.

    normaly I either angle the camera right above me and hold the W (up arrow) and fly straight at the ground or click the fly and drop out of the sky... b:surrender
