Difference between The Twin Towers quest?

I am obvoulsy past this quest being lvl 62. but i was curious which tower was for what? I was told that the Tower of Darkness is for the Demon side, an the Veiled Tower is the Sage side. Is this true? If so where can i find out the pros-cons of each side? or What are they?

    They have nothing to do with demon or sage. One tower gives you spirit, the other gives you reputation. I forget which does which.

    According to http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=153292, your choice of tower only matters for the story, you can get identical rewards either way. (And, like Zoe, I believe this has nothing to do with sage or hell cultivation.)

    I think you get rep (and later on a high level challenge quest) for turning down your potential immediate rewards. But if you had gotten those immediate rewards maybe you could have gotten your rep through FBs or something like that?

    There's a level 80 quest that gets affected by your choice in this quest. Which tower you choose is irrelevant. What matters is if you choose to free the Demon or go back and talk to the Elder. Freeing the Demon results in spirit and talking to the Elder results in Rep.

    The level 80 quest gives a Flawless Garnet or Sapphire depending on if you freed the Demon or not. I believe freeing the demon results in the Garnet.

    ok. thank you for the information i was unsure if it was or not.
    Is there a page that tells the difference between the 2 choices for demon and sage tho? cuz i would like to know so i can make a well educated decision about it when i reach that point.
