Refining Transfer?

Hey, I wanna transfer the refinement from my old boots to my new ones, but it says it needs a Chienkun Stone, which don't seem to be in the cash shop. Where do I get one?

    Chienkun Stones are not currently in the game. They may be a future cash shop item, but we don't have an ETA on it yet.

    yes but they were a drop from snowmen so are they usable if i have a ton of them ?

    I think you have Chienkun stones confused with Chi stones.

    pllzzzz release this item asap... not having it available for purchase is a major setback and money-waster for everyone right now...

    i mean, seriously... the item should be in the game or else the xfer npc shouldnt claim that you need it... .... if it is definetly going to be released at some point, let us know that at least and give us some exact details on what it will do... i am a noob sry, but at least i'm noob enough to know any1 who wants to always have nice gear would appreciate this item being introduced to the cash shop then u only need 1 of each dragon orb ever... per piece of equipment, that is
