longest downlaod ever..

im trying to download this game and its taken like two days.. i pray that nothing goes wrong like some people say it stops at a certain spot.. I had to downlod d it from a mirror site too so i hope thats ok.. i really want to play .. for all that its worth i really hope that i love this game...:p

    I feel ya. Dialup right? Took me about that long, too. Done it another time for the MY EN version before this, too.

    If you're not on dialup, then I have no idea why you would be taking that long. My buds took about 6-8 hours to download on various forms of DSL.

    actually no im on dsl.. so i have no idea..
    :confused:im only at 59% and it says i still lave 12 hours to go.. sheesh..

    Weird. I have 256k dsl and it only took me less than 30 minutes... o.O

    try downloading the divided setup for dialup, i did too (though i am on dsl) but that was because the full install came back corrupted no less then 3 times in a row from 3 different official downloadlocations.

    http://www8.onrpg.com/perfect_world_international/Perfect_World_International.exe I used that. Full client, took about 80-100 somehting hours, on and off. Everybody I know on DSL took about 6-8 hours. Ann how mush speed to you have?

    lasa is actually slower than the slowest DSL offered in my area, and did it faster than everybody I know. Weird.

    umm.. well its a new computer.. t8100 2.10ghz 4.00gb 32 operating system
    i hope by the time i get home that i can upzip it and play.. its at 74% now. if not i will try the site you suggested. and if that doesnt work i suppose i will contiune playing mabinogi.. lol.

    I meant your DSL speed, though.

    The processor is a bit slow, but it's probably a Dual Core and you just don't know.

    I still think it shouldn't have taken you more than 8 hours, possibly 10. Think about contacting your provider and asking them why a 2g dl takes 24 hours (You said 59% and another 12 hours, so it's roughly a day or so).

    Oh and if you're gonna play another game, don't play that. The game is a life sim, and is also heavily Cash Shop based. You probably know about the reincarnation if you're playing it, and how it's basically required if you want to get more skill points after a while.

    Any game but that, please. :(

    Can'T downlaod stop responding. just stop after few second. Now ia m trying download by torrent method. My inter speed is 7mpbs other download i can go 600kb/s.

    Please try any of the official mirrors. I've personally had very good luck with the Gamer's Hell official mirror.
