question about bound items

i am curious b/c i read a note saying bound items cannot be lost/sold/destroyed except by one specific npc that specializes in destroying them... but also i noticed that the short npc dude near Hou Jensing says he can transfer a bind from one item to another...

if i do it like this and xfer the bind to another item... will the item that was originally bound be destroyed????

    BUMP!! and if the so-called chienkun stone that u need to do the refining transfers is still unreleased... plzzz someone just let me kno...

    Any news on this? Still cant unbind even with the possibility of transfering the bind to another item?

    aswered in so many threads so often
    cant transfer the refine the cash shop item is not there yet
    the bind transfer dont think it works might be for the bind item u can get from cash shop to make something bound
