Need help w/ lvl40 blade of fire quest PLS

So i did this quest where you have to go to 2 sword graves and then go to the blacksmith in Etherblade, and wait for 10 minutes to get the reward. My mistake was that i logged out before i can turn in the quest; and the next day when I logged in again the quest was gone.

I looked at the quest items in my inventory and the sword of seal which should be the quest reward isnt there.
I already tried going back to the blacksmith in North Archo where the quest started but its not there anymore.

Anyone has any idea,if possible, how to get this quest again?
Or am I FUBARed?b:sad

    Ok I got the 4th seal, blade of fire...b:pleased
