Ok i dunno if there is another topic about this and if it is I apologize for making a new one. So my question is simple. What is it better for me to wear?Light armor or Arcane? At the moment I'm wearing Arcane but I that the majority of venos are wearing Light armor.Oh and btw I'm a magic-based veno.

Mage builds wear Arcane armor as light armor requires Dex which they won't have.

@Sigr, you can be a mage veno and wear light armor.

As for better, for normal pve grinding arcane would be better, so you can maximize your magic to kill faster and heal your pet more.

For pvp, majority of damage is physical so light armor is preferred. Seeing as you are playing Lost-city, pvp build should probably be in your focus, but you can get by just fine as arcane too.

A hybrid build, yes, but not a pure. One sacrifices damage for survivability while the other sacrifices survivability for being a glass canon that hides behind their pet.

    I play both.

Okey dokey. Because of this phrase, you are no longer allowed to talk, Sigr.

It demonstrates your complete inability to grasp.. well.. almost anything.

So go wait in the car while the grownups are talking.
    Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.

before trying to give advice. look at what server the op is in. what works in pve servers isnt always the ideal solution for a pvp server.

Hybrid build? So what in you opinion deligates a light armor pure build, light armor is in the middle, it can play either tree relatively decently. From my experiences light armor still functions better as a mage build then a fox build. Theres nothing "hybrid" about it, a pure light armor build still focuses on mage skills.

OP said they were mage, and you strickly said: "mages use arcane" making it sound like there is a rule against mages adding points to dex. The reply sounded ignorant.
