problems with my patcher

I've been playing PWI for a long time and never had any problems with bugs or stuff, but recent i wanted to start the game and a strange message opened after a few seconds... 84.164.75.252-1233594739.bmp
I tried re-downloading the game already and I'm getting the same problem...can you please help me?? b:sad

    I'm going to need some more information from you. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    What operating system are you running? The most recent Vista-stable nVidia driver is for those cards is 2006, and that looks like a Vista window. If you're running Vista, I'd recommend rolling back to that driver. If you're running XP with an unusual theme, there is a more recent driver to update to.
