Recommended skill lvls.......!!!!!!!!

hi, first of al if u guys fell my english sux plz excuse me.
I started PW recently and im lvl 20 .i read all forums about BMs and noticed Axe BMs are better(i felt it,,no hard feelings frm those other BMs plz) and decided to follow duel axe BM path i would like to no wat lvl i sud keep my skills with ????????
and is odd lvl-3str 2dex,even lvl-3str 1dex 1vit recommed stat?????
plz reply to my doubts..........

    i lvl 14, and i put 3 strength and 2 dex, and every 3 lvls put 3 in hp and 2 in vit works for me......
