I recently hit lv 9 and thn lv 10 and hv about 15 respect . I am a spritual intialiser thingy and i need to be a adept to get lv 9 skills ..... i talk to the mao guy .... he says i dont have enought experience ... wht do i do??

    Need more reputation I'd imagine.

    You need to do quests to get reputation.

    oh 70!!! u have to be kidding me because i only have 15 right nw .... 70 is insane ..... hw do u expect someone to get lv 9 skills at lv 9 ??? btw I was using chat language ........

    Yeah, you don't need 70. That's for the FB19.

    I'm guessing you haven't done those orange quests in your log? It would help if you would identify NPCs better than "that mao guy". Have absolutely no idea who that is.
    Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.
