how can i pain the cultivation trainer to get the next skills ?

    Cultivation trainer is currently a useless NPC - it does nothing.

    so what should i do to pass the spiritual initiate to spiritual adept ?

    You get your new cultivation at lvls ending in 9 (i.e. 19, 29, 39... etc) and there are quests you'll need to do. It is also useful to give your level and class when posting ( an easy way to do this is use your character avatar...)

    i past level 9, but i dont know from to get that quest to be at spiritual adept. i should make myself a new player ?

    The spiritual cultivation are automatic pop-ups. If you've reached lvl 9, you have it, no exceptions. If you don't, you're an adept already, OR you have to talk the Taoist in your home town.
